Additionally, they had a significant involvement in the communication sector for over 23 years, recently announced a situation that tarnishes their trajectory of tireless efforts at the offices of ESRADIO ARAGÓN.
After overcoming various significant obstacles and facilitating the sale of a crucial antenna for Zaragoza, EI2 has been subject to an unfavorable administrative transaction that directly impacted the performance and profitability of the radio station and consequently, of the company as a whole.
A journey of ups and downs in the communication industry
Founded in 2000, ACASA, whose flagship company was Aragón Televisión, the seed of the current regional television, amidst the real estate market boom, and during the time when the Ruiz Mateos promised exorbitant returns on their promissory notes.
ESRADIO ARAGÓN emerged as an ambitious investment hand in hand with EI2 and the Grupo Rey de Comunicación. Furthermore, the promised return on this new project was approximately 15 % annually, with an initial investment of €475,000 which, adjusted with the CPI, was expected to yield around €1,000,000 to the company.
However, the expected results are far from the current reality. After the pandemic and overcoming a creditors' contest with the agreement of all suppliers, the ownership of the ESRADIO ARAGÓN antenna was transferred to a prominent producer of Telecinco in Madrid and friend of Antonio Rey Jr.
Within this process, EI2 explains that it has been placed at a disadvantageous position, as it is an action that frustrates the intention and efforts of employees and executives to work tirelessly for the integral well-being of the company. This discouraging context left no other alternative than to account for the economic losses suffered and face the situation as correctly as possible.

Despite the critical situation presented at ESRADIO ARAGÓN, Estudios e Inversiones Dos remains steadfast in its intention to continue its trajectory in the business field. The company is constantly exploring new lines of business, which has allowed it to achieve different objectives.
