The City of Birmingham offices to close for Veterans Day; Friday’s household trash to be collected on Wednesday, Nov. 8

Birmingham, AL – The City of Birmingham offices will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10 in observance of Veterans Day, with the exception of Police, Fire and 911. There will be no household garbage pickup on that day. Residents who have regular household garbage pickup on Friday, Nov. 10 will have household pickup service on Wednesday, Nov. 8. Friday pickup service will resume next week.
