The mission of the Procurement Office is to serve the public by modernizing procurement and contracting procedures, implementing a fair and transparent procurement process while engaging local businesses, and maximizing purchasing value by applying the best procurement practices.
As stated in the purchase order, contract, or agreement with the City Parish, Vendors receiving funding under a Federal award shall comply with all applicable provisions as prescribed by the specific grantor agency as well as Appendix II to Part 200 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Said provisions can be found at the Code of Federal Regulations.
