Summer Camp Registration: Registration begins online only on April 8 at 10 a.m. A payment plan option is available. First payment required during registration; final payment due on May 6.
PowerUp Pricing: The Powerup program is designed to increase access to Norfolk’s many arts, entertainment and cultural amenities by offering free or discounted admission and/or membership fees to low-income residents. PowerUp pricing provides a 50% discount for eligible Norfolk Parks and Recreation Summer Camp participants. You will not be able to apply for PowerUp pricing online. Those eligible to register for the PowerUp program must bring a valid Medicaid or qualifying insurance card to one of our 11 recreation facilities for verification. Please note: This process must be completed prior to registering online for summer camp on April 8.
